Agenda & Minutes

During each monthly Parish Council Meeting time is given over to a ‘Local Residents Session’. It is not part of the meeting and the Parish Meeting is adjourned for the session. As per the ‘Standing Orders’, cf, ‘up to 10 minutes will be allocated for the public to make representations, ask questions, and give evidence in respect of any item on the agenda. To make these sessions productive we ask that any representations, or evidence be sent to the Parish Clerk before the meeting. The information can then be circulated to the Parish Councillors to consider.
